Mrs. Helen Hunter, an assistant dispenser at the Deddington Health Centre, demonstrated a new pill-counting machine on June 12th 1975. Mrs. Toy Webb and Mrs. Alexis Taylor had raised 103 to purchase the machine in memory of Dr. Gerald Unsworth, who died in a car crash.
