14-year-old Jonathon Earnshaw from Oxford, England has been awarded the highest badge a Sea Scout can achieve under the age of 16. He is the senior patrol leader with the 42 Oxford Sea Scouts Loop based at Leckford Read. To get his Chief Scout’s Award, Jonathon had to take part in boating and other expeditions, learn about car maintenance, train other scouts in scouting and camping activities, and help plan an expedition.
