So these youngsters spent most of the day crawling under nets and clambering over wooden bollards! All 181 pupils at Barton Village First School, Head- ington, were trying out a specially made Fun Trail designed by headmistress Mrs Sylvia Wilkinson which stretched a third of a mile around the school. All those who took part including some parents – were sponsored to raise money for school funds. Last year, the same event raised 300 and the school hopes to have done even better this year. uko.
