Austrian Politicians: OTTO ROSCH OPS Otto Rusch, Minister of Defence. Born 24 March 1917 in Vienna, he was educated at the Universities of Vienna and Graz. A member of the Lower Austrian Assembly and Sacre- tary of State, Federal Ministry of Defence from 1959-1966, he became a member of the Lover Austrian Provincial Government in 1966 and Federal Minister of the Interior four years later. A mamber of the Socialist Party, he has published a variety of articles. His marriage in 1938 was dissolved but he has four children.
