On August 9th, 2001, a large crowd gathered at Wallingford to watch teams from the Wallingford Rowing Club and JJ Marketing take part in the rowing regatta on the Thames. Among the teams competing was the “Flashing Blades” from JJ Marketing, consisting of David Gardner, Nathan Still Ben Miller, lain Lewis and Cox Andy Hunt who eventually won their heat.
