Three-year-old Simon De-Banks is feeling down after losing his beloved blue teddy bear during a shopping trip to Witney. His mother, Mrs Julie De-Banks, of Oxlease, Witney, said Simon has had the bear since he was two and takes it everywhere with him. She went back to the spot where the bear was lost but it had gone. Three-year-old Simon (pictured) has been down in the dumps all week since his favourite toy was lost during a shopping trip to Witney. His mother, Mrs Julie De-Banks, of Oxlease, Witney, said: “He is really upset. He has had the bear since he was two and really loves it. He takes it everywhere with him.” The small blue bear, which Simon calls Blue Ted, was lost last Saturday on the walk home from the town centre. Mrs De-Banks said: “We were walking over the river and Langel Common to Cogges. I went back when I realised it was lost but it had gone. “Simon keeps asking for it and is very worried that Blue Ted is getting cold and hungry.
