Trevor Biggers, an English baker from the Susly district, is learning the art of baking from his apprenticeship in Reading and a course in Lucerne, Switzerland. During his trip to Texas, he is teaching new bakery staff while also looking out for new ideas and recipes to take back to Biggers.
