On January 11th, 1984, Keith Warren and George Hunt were counting their lucky stars after they fell 30ft from the top of a building when it unexpectedly collapsed beneath them. Mr. Warren was left uninjured, while Mr. Hunt suffered minor injuries and shock. The two men had been working on the third floor of the building when the front wall fell away and the ceiling they were standing on suddenly collapsed.
